6. Has gambling in a decrease in your ambition or efficiency?
7. If lost, you had to have the feeling as soon as possible and win back your losses?
8. After a win you had a strong desire to win even more?
9. Do you often play to the last penny?
10. Have you ever money to finance gambling?
11. Have you ever sold anything to finance gambling?
12. Were you reluctant to “gambling money” to use for normal expenditures?
13. Did gambling make you careless of the welfare of yourself or your family?
14. Have you ever gambled longer than expected?
15. Have you ever gambled to escape worry or trouble?
16. Have you ever committed, or commit as an illegal act to finance gambling?
17. Let the games you have difficulty in sleeping?
18. Do arguments, disappointments or frustrations play an urge to gamble?
19. Have you ever felt the urge to play something to celebrate with a couple of hours?
20. Have you ever thought about self-destruction or suicide as a result of your gambling?
A player problem would be able to answer “at least seven of these questions.
If you really are a problem gambler, you should follow these tips to help you out of your ditch game:
* Take no credit card or debit card when you play, take into account the amount that you want to spend that day.
* Limit the time you play.
* Do not forget, there are more chances to lose than to gain from you.
* If you win keep the money and do not use an agreement with us.
* If you receive money in the short, play never borrow money.
* You hesitate to look for, help from a friend. Take a playmate who is not addictive, and ask them to hold in check.
